  • Live in the present.  Work hard and honestly for what you are doing now.
  • Connect with people.  Really listen to them.  Make eye contact. Even with strangers.
  • Accept that every event and every person coming into your life is a lesson.
  • Write more. 
  • Read more.
  • Watch good movies.
  • Travel.
  • Be more environmentally conscious.
  • Live a healthy life, but do not deprive yourself from what makes you happy (cookies).
  • Let yourself feel emotions, even if they are not good ones.  Don't be afraid to be vulnerable.
  • Love yourself and let others love you too.
  • Develop a sustainable way of living.
  • Spend less money.
  • Call your parents more often.
