Nothing boosts my Toronto pride quite like the discovery of fantastic musicians coming out of the city. One of my new favourite songs is by Toronto artist, Charlotte Day Wilson, entitled "Work". It's everything I ever hope for when I see something labeled as soul. It's got rhythm, sexiness, attitude, and a quietness to the song that is both haunting and a little morose.
